Steve was amazing. My visit was fast, simple and easy. Told me the straight up truth without breaking the bank! Can’t wait for my divorce party!

First and foremost this law office is amazing, I thought I was going to have a long drawn out divorce but Rebecca Keller and Steven Girsky worked with me kept me up to date with everything. I never felt better about a situation that is normally a bitter end and the words of encouragement from Steven Girsky made it better. Thank you Steven and your team for working hard on my case.

I am currently working with Mr Girsky and Mr Biggs and since ive hired them, i have been realky happy. They respond in a timely manner and is 100% professional. I live in a different state but am needing to drop off my child at his dad's in Clarksville TN for 2 wks. Since I'm not sure abt TN laws or really any custody laws in general I felt calling an attorney was the best option in order to reassure myself and feel more comfortable w the big change. After calling 3 other law offices to no avail I see Mr. Stevens office and give him a call! And he answers! He answered every single question I had and really took the time to explain everything. He really made me feel more sure and comfortable and even though it's something I'm excited (and nervous lol) about, his help really was the final deciding factor in going through w this! :) Not only did he answer my questions but he answered them for free ON MEMORIAL DAY! He was v professional and patient. I am so grateful and thankful for Mr. Girsky!

I can’t thank Steve and Rebecca enough for what they did for us. Although I did not use Steve for my divorce (I absolutely should have because I overpaid way too much for my divorce lawyer and she wasn’t nearly as confident or experienced) I am so glad I chose him for my termination/adoption/relocation case. I had my initial consultation with Steve about possibly changing my current parenting plan but it wasn’t for months later I actually went back to him. When I went back I told him my circumstances about relocating and the lack of support and visitation their bio dad displayed. In my head I wondered about terminating his rights but hadn’t said it yet and Steve put out on the table and I was relieved. From then on it was honestly as smooth as it could be. He offered to let us make payments and he and Rebecca communicated every step of the way. We started with mediation that was not settled and then a court hearing for termination and relocation. The adoption/termination was pushed to a later date because my ex’s mother bought him a lawyer the day before court but our relocation was granted literally right before our military orders said we had to be there. Steve and Rebecca filed motions and worked so hard to make sure we were in court before we had to report to Michigan and it paid off. We truly had the best case scenario happen to us but Steve and Rebecca were not shy of what could happen as well. The were honest with all possible outcomes but were incredibly supportive and optimistic. From our date in August until our adoption hearing in March we have lived in Michigan and you would never know we lived in a different state. I can’t say enough about their communication and availability at any time. I would use them anytime I needed a lawyer if I could. Absolutely the best experience for what started out as bad situation. This endeavor all started with a visit to Google to read reviews. We jotted Mr. Girskys name down with several other attorneys. I then asked an ex GF who is a 30-year paralegal (in Clarksville) to give a recommendation with the list of lawyers I provided her. (She put his name to the top of our list) After meeting with him, we retained Mr. Girsky and his staff. A one of a kind verdict in our favor happened thanks to the expertise of Mr. Girsky. Great location and personnel!

I deal a lot with GALs in my line of work, Steve is one of the best. When I see him assigned a child I know that he will fight for that child’s best interests and not just go through the motions, watching him argue in court is quite a sight. I keep his card in my wallet just in case.
