Dennis heard my case when I was in court prior to representing me. He brought me in the office and gave me the information good and bad from the get go. I can’t say ENOUGH how much I enjoyed working with Mr. Stanford today. My husband is deployed and we had an encounter where VW credit was trying to repossess our vehicle although our finances were directly affected by his deployment (having to pay a $800 childcare fee) and they denied us our SCRA rights! I looked him up on google and found that he was a former JAG attorney & that sold me. He knew EVERYTHING and never sugar coated anything! He told me up front costs and made sure I was comfortable with all the information and also in his office! His legal assistant is also a former JAG legal assistant and he was also soooo knowledgeable! Mr. Stanford would get my business any day for how well he spoke to me & how professional he was. Mr. Stanford was a great lawyer in my divorce case. He knew what he was doing it did take almost a year for me to get divorced but it wasn’t really his fault. The courts were slow. I would highly recommend him and use him again as my lawyer.

Mr. Stanford gave me a light at the end of tunnel. Even though he’s not representing , because my case is in Florida; he helped me understand some of the issues. Also, spoke to my lawyer in Florida , where my case is pending. Plus, didn’t charge me a penny for advice. He’s a lawyer that I absolutely recommend if you have any Family issues. Mr. Stanford has represented me twice; once when my son’s father and I first established our parenting plan, and again several years later when we were PCSing to a new base. He is the absolute definition of a straight shooter. He doesn’t mince words or set unrealistic expectations, and he did more than his share of due diligence with regard to reviewing material for the case. Both times we were able to settle without it turning into an ugly courtroom brawl, which will help maintain my relationship with my coparent as we move forward. His work is invaluable.

Mr. Stanford is very knowledgeable and punctual lawyer. He answered every question along the way and communicated with a fire in his spirit with the DA on my behalf. Mr. Stanfford is representing me in 3 related business matters and if I could give him 15 stars, I would have! After having retained 2 attorneys for the same matter BEFORE I met Mr. Stanfford - I saw the difference on his approach the moment I met him. He listened, he briefly viewed my documents, he asked questions, he took notes! WOW! All that in our very FIRST consultation! None of the previous two attorneys had done any of such things for the several months that they were retained by me for these cases! He asked me what I was looking for in the person I would hire to represent me and my answer was: I don't want nor do I need a "defense" attorney! I want and need an "offense" attorney! I need someone that is proactive rather than reactive, someone that would take the initiative to move the case along instead of sitting around for months letting the other party take the lead and decide when and where things take place! He offered me options and choices on how to proceed to get the best results at the fastest turn around. I terminated my second attorney on the way out the door from Mr. Stafford's office! For the first time in 8 months I HAD HOPE! And I was NOT disappointed! Within hours his knowledgeable, professional, dedicated assistant e-mailed me with questions about the case and requested more documents! I didn't get around to reply until very late in the evening, she replied right back! (And that was way past the business hours!) I thought to myself, wow, these people actually work! Like really WORK for their clients! Considering that my previous attorney was out of the office 3 out of the 4 weeks she was "my" attorney, this was a shock for me! (Yes my previous attorney was "home sick" one week; "on spring break" second week; "Easter Holiday" third week... you get the picture) So to continue my story, Mr. Stanfford has already reviewed the case, prepared documents, and OMG - Cindy, his awesome legal assistant, sent everything to me to review and verify that what was getting ready to go out to the other parties was correct and that I approved all the information stated on those documents! They actually cared enough to tell me BEFORE they sent the letters out! And those letters were tough as nails and made it clear to the other parties that "there is a new sheriff in town, and his name is Dennis Stanfford". I was thrilled! I have been a Clarksville resident for 23+ years and as a business owner and active in the community I have met and done business with several attorneys over the years. I will say with absolute certainty NONE of them has delivered at this speed and with such force as Mr. Stanfford! If any of my clients ever needs an attorney in the future, I will definitely send them to Mr. Stanfford and I know they WILL be taken care off! ***For anyone reading this review and being skeptical about it - I am too when I read online reviews as I don't know if it is written by a real person or if it is some paid for advertisement.
