Working on Wills. Estate summary. So as not to leave a burden for loved ones especially when single Runyon and Runyon have the know how and expertise to make my passing onto Eternal Life a no brainer for whomever I choose to handle what could be a very uncomfortable situation, had I not used Runyon and Runyon to put in legal terms my desires prior to and at the point that I leave my earthly home. When dealing with those possibilities, it would behoove you to follow the 7 P's and have properly prepared for your last days on earth by having utilized the services of Runyon and Runyon.

Honestly, i should’ve followed my gut feelings with this firm. The lack of professionalism is the least to say. Communication skills are trash. Everything is done by mail due to covid even though using a telephone to contact their clients is still contactless. I changed my address months prior and they failed to change it in their system I was not receiving the proper letters to the correct address that I gave them and Jen assured me that it was changed which it wasn’t. I paid over a band to be represented one time in which he went up and there to talk to the judge about someone’s memorial... 3 months prior J Runyon told me that I would have to pay more to represent since my case was going to circuit one, not one time did i receive anything by mail about my new balance. I called to inform them about my next court day and he quit my case 3 weeks before my first appearance in circuit court. Every single person he recommended is a conflict of interest and in which he worked along side with them and my peers at my first court date!

OMG Jay Runyon saved my life!!! After basically being fired by a different attorney i previously hired by who's initials E.D. Mr. E.D told me he couldn't help me and refunded me what i had thus far paid him, which i was thankful to him for. I was told by a close friend to give Jay Runyon a call and I'm soo glad i did!!!!!! He had me feeling comfortable and confident from day 1. He listened to me and answered all my questions without making me feel like I'm dumb for asking that or as if i didn't trust him.
