If you're looking for any sort of communication about your case, don't go with Caroline Wright. Only time I could get a email back or a phone call is if she needed to let me know I somehow owed more money even tho nothing was happening with my case. Almost missed a court hearing because I didn’t receive an email or a phone call to let me know I had one until 20mins before it started. Took 15 days just to get a response on where to pay child support. While waiting on a response tho she did find the time to email me and ask for a 5 star review. Then when I did get a “answer” is was wrong information, was told “it just comes out of your paycheck, should be automatic” that didn’t make much sense because I never gave them any information to do that. So called again and then was told I need to call the support office to set it up. Ok, that’s annoying if all I had to do was that and was ignored 15 days just to find this out but sure, Let’s just get that over with. NOPE was told they don’t do private cases and my lawyer should be very well aware of that (she wasn’t) so called them back again (note not one time did I speak to her or her paralegal just the poor dude at the front desk forced to middle man all this) but after 15 days 9 phone calls and multiple emails i finally got the extremely simple information extracted from Mrs. Write to set up my child support and end this nightmare situation.

I only chose them because Jeff Grimes is a great lawyer and recommended them, but their communication is piss poor. Why am I constantly having to reach out to a law firm I've paid $2k+ to? Only to be told my lawyer is busy and that I'll get a callback, and never do until days later. Why am I having to reach out to you guys the DAY OF court — 20 minutes before to be exact — to ask where we'll be meeting?? You have also left out important information that I've asked for in the order to the judge, smh. I've also been waiting now for a week for my lawyer, Brady, to respond to my email as well, and I have had to call 7 times in a row to finally get an answer. (still have yet to speak with my lawyer).

Every interaction with everyone at the office has been great. Caroline was communicative through the whole process and I could not be happier with my experience through a difficult situation. Thank you all!

I spoke with Lauren and she was absolutely amazing. She cared about my reason for seeking legal advice and never rushed me. Every time I called into the office I would get her sweet voice and that made me very comfortable. My assigned attorney was Justin and OMG he was phenomenal!!! He took his time and broke everything down to me. He gave me advice and how to handle my situation. I definitely recommend these guys!! 10/10
