I was skeptical at first, not about the attorney but the bankruptcy, however, upon meeting Mr.Hill he made me feel like everything was goin to be ok and for the first time ( in a long time) I felt relief. He is very welcoming. We talked lawyer client things but at the same time it felt like I had known him for long time. Tara is his assistant, also amazing! When I tell you she was handling business for my case. The whole experience was greater than I anticipated and I highly recommend Brian L Hill for your attorney if you are considering bankruptcy!

I hired Brian Hill to represent me in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy after searching for a local lawyer. I was and still am extremely happy with the services and he is very affordable. He was very informative about the whole bankruptcy process and the law. He and his paralegal Tara are AMAZING. They are both very easy to talk to and very personable. Attorney Brian Hill and his Staff, Tara Buller and August Morris are very Professional , Genuine, and Compassionate and they go above and beyond to help you. Mr Hill handled my Banruptcy and made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed of my situation. When I could not go to his office, because of being in the Hospital or sick at home, Brian and Tara both came to the Hospital and also to my home so I could get my paperwork done. In the beginning office staff very friendly. Now in the middle of chapter 13 and all attorney fees been paid, office staff rude and Not helpful. Having to consult others for help. I'm not sure Mr Hill is aware of staff attitude.

Mr. Hill has helped me out and I have referred him to several people in the Army because he knows what he is doing and is a good person. The people that work for him are nice and extremely helpful.

Brian discharged the bankruptcy but didn't spend any time advising us about our house that we discharged. The bank can't foreclose because we're a military family until we apply for relief. Also we potentially owe thousands in back taxes. I called and left a message with his office but haven't heard from anyone. Finding out about this has been devastating.
