Lack of follow-up and communication after case completion
“Brian discharged the bankruptcy but didn't spend any time advising us about our house that we discharged. The bank can't foreclose because we're a military family until we apply for relief. Also we potentially owe thousands in back taxes. I called and left a message with his office but haven't heard from anyone. Finding out about this has been devastating.”

Inconsistent staff professionalism and responsiveness
“Now in the middle of chapter 13 and all attorney fees been paid, office staff rude and Not helpful. Having to consult others for help. I'm not sure Mr Hill is aware of staff attitude.”
