My wife and I recently set up our estate documents through Crow estate planning and probate and I could not have asked for a better experience! The staff was so nice, knowledgeable, and helped answer all our questions. John Crow explained the whole process simply for us to understand. At the end of working with the estate team I felt like I was being helped by a close neighbor and friend who truly was looking out for me and my family.

John was very patient with us and helped us with a trust. They all were very responsive and professional.

We moved from IL to TN and needed to transfer our will and trust. I came across Mr. Crow's office while looking on Google. His office was very responsive and worked to get us in as soon as they could. Mr. Crow spent time with us to make sure we understood everything involved and answered all our questions and even brought up things I didn't think of. The cost was very reasonable. The day of signing the documents it was like 15 minutes and we were done. They copied everything and put our documents in a really nice binder as well as emailed the documents to us. Would highly recommend this office for any estate and wills.

Approaching this estate planning with little knowledge, acquired by talking to friends n google inquiries was a learning experience. Mr.Crow took the time to write out procedures of a Will n Trust. Pros and cons of each. Wow. Was I misinformed. I really appreciated John’s simplified and easy to understand language used. Not a bunch of legal hard to understand lingo. The total welcoming and professionalism shown by the whole TEAM was top shelf. END OF LIFE planning isn’t a subject that is easy to discuss but is something we all should do. Discussing the areas and options in this with Mr. Crow were very comfortable. I recommend anyone interested in planning should consider seeking his experience. Thanks again John and team
