Paid Mr. Mathis $3500, for about 3 hours of work. He didn't discuss my child support in are trial and didn't even ask my daughter's mother one question. He did not follow up on one thing I had asked him too .in return made me look terrible and we got slaughtered in court . Dont waste your time or money on this guy. Even our final judgement was full of erorse. All I got was a judgement full of errors and a letter saying our contract has been completed. If you ever want a chance of being in your child's life, do not pick Jacob Mathis

A wonderful law office that is helping me get my foreign spouse with me here in America. Jacob Mathis is an incredibly intelligent and kind man who is thorough when going over information and the things that are required of you. Charging a flat fee instead of charging by the hour is wonderful because you never have to worry about what the cost will be. You will know directly up front with no hidden costs. I highly recommend this office for lots of different law needs, but especially Mr Mathis for his immigration work.

I had a not so great experience with my previous lawyer that left a lot of work to be done to fix major issues. When I hired Katie she was very attentive and straight to the point. She truly fought for me in both modifying a parenting plan and appealing a divorce decree. We were in a toxic fight with the opposing party just to fight but Katie maintained her professionalism and no nonsense attitude the entire time. Any question I had or issue that arose Katie was readily available and quick to respond, whether it was late at night or even on weekends I always had a response within 24 hours, usually within 5 hours. I would highly encourage anyone that needs a straight shooting, no nonsense lawyer, who isn't afraid to fight for you and that is readily accessible to assist you through the entire process as issues arise. I am using this law office to help with the immigration of my husband from Morocco to here with me. I searched all over for the right lawyer and I found a wonderful one right here in Clarksville which is convenient when I need to bring him information or sign papers. Jacob Mathis had been extremely intelligent and honest with us. He answers all our questions no matter how small they may be. This office does more kinds of law than just immigration, but I dont have experience with that. Immigration is a lot of waiting and Mr Mathis understands it is frustrating and sometimes we are just asking questions to feel like we are doing something. He does not charge me by the hour which is wonderful. It was one up front cost for the whole process which makes it easier to know exactly what you will be spending instead of it being up in the air and you might owe a crazy amount later. I highly recommend Jacob Mathis for all your immigrations needs, and to check out the rest of the firm for any other legal matter.

Paid out 2600 to help in a custody case, nothing happened he didn’t help all he did was set up mediation which cost another 400 and again nothing changed... so don’t throw your money away like we did!!! Do your research and find a good lawyer that will help you and not just take your money away!!!
