I have had an overdue account that has been sent to The Law Office of Michael K. Williamson. I have been making constant payments since it’s been sent over. I am being sued directly from them after a year in which I have complied and agreed to a payment plan. I’m being charged fees, interest, well over 30%. I have tired to reason with them to settle the account with no resolution since they know they can continue collect all the interest and fill their pockets. I’m also a Military Veteran, instead of helping when you are down they have piled up so much fees and interest that I will never be able to pay this debt off. I hope this helps others think twice before dealing with this office.

I consulted with Mr. Williamson after speaking to two other attorneys and didn’t hire him because he was more expensive and he told me that what I wanted as far as my divorce and custody was unreasonable and a judge would never approve. I hired another local attorney who assured me that I could get everything that I wanted. After spending close to 10k and having an unfavorable result in my initial divorce and kids custody hearings, I regretted not hiring him. Everything he told me may happen, did. So later when my exwife started being a problem with my kids, I went back to Mr. Williamson. He told me (again) what I needed to do not just to win my case, but to make the best situation for my sons. I’ve never regretted a nickel I spent hiring him. I have used him for the custody of my kids and for another issue with someone not paying a loan they owed me. He is upfront and honest, and won’t just tell you what you want to hear to make a buck. He is very knowledgeable about the law and really cares about his clients. He won’t waste your money.

Experience was good especially given the circumstances. Worked with me well, was available for calls and followed up with me and opposing counsel quickly. Wanted to get the divorce over quickly and Mike worked with me to accomplish this in a little less than 11 months. Given the amount of assets and children involved this was record time.

I've consulted Mr. Williamson locally in Clarksville countless times and have habitually been associated with lawyers all across the U.S.A. in my current profession. To be transparent, my past line of work approximately 15 years ago was state law enforcement in the Northeast U.S. and I would recommend his business to anyone in need of legal aid and assistance within his scope and expertise without hesitation. Mr. Williamson's professionalism, customer service, experience, institutional knowledge and candor are inherently unmatched. I myself am not a lawyer, yet my personal and professional assessment of Mr. Williamson is that he "cares enough to devote the needed and at times extra" effort to perform above and beyond the minimum legal standard to attain the best legal result for his clients. His initiative to continued professional development in travelling across the country to attend expensive seminars and training to at minimum sustain and exceed in basic legal proficiencies is hallmark of what type of person I would want to represent me in any legal capacity. Bottom line, for a lawyer with decades of experience, it's blatantly apparent to both the witting and unwitting citizen that he doesn't have to attend any schools or refresher classes. Again, it's my opinionated observation that he is passionate and determined to be the best. Talk to him for five minutes and you'll agree. Finally, I hope this post is generally helpful and provides simple direction to those who are in need of legal specialization in the Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas despite any opposing comments by those with malicious intent to slander his integrity. Call me a biased fan; I encourage it and I would admit perfect guilt to saying that I am indeed a fan of Mr. Williamson's experienced legal craft and his commitment to being an awesome American!

Mike is an all around honest man that will tell you how it is and what he can do and what he can not do. He is an amazing attorney and without him my custody case would not have been won.

Mike Williamson is an incredibly skilled and dedicated attorney. After consulting with several attorneys, I put my trust in Mike to manage an exceedingly complex litigation. I went to Mr Williamson for a consultation on regaining visitation for our children. he told us that there was nothing he could do. That regardless we are not going to get visitation rights. We had seen many attorneys prior to him and inquired about the same thing and all of them wanted to take us on. They thought they could do something about it. Mr Williamson told us we might as well go with one of those other attorneys.after I arrived for my consultation, I knew right away that I was not going to hire him. He had piles of papers everywhere and was very disorganized. But I went through with the consultation anyways and after listening to him I am glad with my decision. I will advise everyone I talk to not to seek legal help from Mr Williamson.
