They were so helpful and understanding getting me thru my custody battle. They were always in contact but what was the best was how much them seemed to care. For having to deal with such an ordeal they made it as easy as possible

Didn't have paperwork ready on my arrival after they had assured me that they would. Noisy waiting room to sit in while reviewing documents. Staff were casual friendly and not professional and did not communicate well. Example ... Said they would answer a question after they made a phone call and after the phone call they left the building failing to even inform me. Was not happy with visit. Lawyer though did perform services at a level that I was happy with.

So disappointing to put your trust and the matters of your loved one’s estate in someone’s hands that is “too busy” to respond to calls, emails, or even attend an appointment scheduled twice just for a call. I was referred to this firm by a friend, now a month later I am starting over with a new “not too busy attorney” Not just a waste of time but a true disservice to my amazing late mother. People deserve better. Hopefully your work load will decrease and your ability to do what you say in the ballpark of when you say you will do it will increase. I wouldn’t wish my situation on anyone, but God forbid it happens to you.... Call someone else for probate.
