I have called this office twice about 2 different issues and was told that Ms Buchanan would call back. I'm still waiting for a call back. I will not call her again.

As a beneficiary, I’m having a terrible experience dealing with and communicating with this office. They are handling my dad’s estate / probate and will not speak with me or give me ANY information. They are aware that my brother , the executor of the estate, is not speaking with me either. I had to hire a separate attorney just for answers to SIMPLE questions and they haven’t even responded to that attorney since he wrote them almost three weeks ago. Don’t recommend having your family deal with this office.

She made it very easy to talk to her. Even on my first visit with her. She had to redo some work done buy a previous lawyer. On some other matters I had, she explained that I could actually do it myself. That made me feel very good about her. Now she is working on my will and on my visit with her she knew what was the right questions to ask. I had been trying to figure that out and she made it easy for me. Your ethical obligation as an attorney requires to NOT show disinterest in outside parties, opposing parties, or unrepresented persons. Shame on you and your office.
