If your husband goes there to throw you away they are vicious

Waste of money due to: no advice, no call backs/communication, lack of understanding and prepping clients as to what may or may not happen. Reached out to this firm due to over 30 yrs of so called experience, only to be told at the end that the case just did not go as planned and the defendant knew how to play the system. And I finally got that information after repeatedly calling for 2 months wanting knowledge of what was going on.

Chancey. One of the worst.. Supposed to be working for me, but in the end they only worked for the defendant and another law firm.. I was being sued for a doctor's bill and he said he wasn't going to represent me for it because thats not what he does. Im like ok. I got this and the date was changed. So when the next court date is here. Im there waiting just as im being called up Chancey shows up and starts to represent me. Then tells them we got a settlement and it will be paid out of that.. (Wait, what?? you said you was not representing me) then i get a call the money is there togo pick it up . when i get there they wright me a check for chump change. Then they say we have to pay the law firm that sued you .. Ok. Then you will get the rest. About a week goes by and i called them to see if we can go over these bill I had . they say come in. I get there and they have a letter for me to sign. I'm look it over and i basically had to say that the defendant wasn't at fault and im responsible for everything.. Even thoe she was found guilty at the scene, on the police report, and by her own insurance company. Or i wouldn't of gotten anything.. they hurried it up paid the law firm and told me deal with the rest. After months of no contact, wouldn't Even e-mail me back or call. State law says if they are found guilty before you sue you get 15.000. And I still paid 5000 for nothing and extra 500 for Less case expenses. Even thoe he said he was paying for that and still charged me 33.33% (Witch is 5000). For what the state law said i was supposed to get.. . 5500 to basically say she was right and i was wrong even thoe the evidence says otherwise
