Lucas and Emily done a wonderful job working on our cases. We had several things that had to be handled and they made everything go as smoothly as they could. They always kept us informed of everything and was fast to act on the things that needed attention. Not sure what we would have done without them.

Lucas Arnold of the Cantrell Law Firm helped me settle a real estate dispute in 2021. The firm was excellent from the initial consultation to the settlement. Lucas and Dale provided me with realistic expectations, a strategy, and a timeline on the initial consultation; the firm maintained those deliverables throughout the process. Lucas was very knowledgeable about Tennessee Law, fast and courteous in all communication, quick to react to changes in the case, and fought hard to achieve the best outcome for me. At no time during the process did I feel like the case was insignificant to Lucas or the Cantrell Law Firm. The settlement was valuable to making me whole financially, but the piece of mind that I had a knowledgeable and determined team there to help me through a difficult process was almost priceless. I couldn't give enough stars.

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with Mr. Lucas Arnold. We had a case that lasted several years and had several issues. He was able to guide us and we were able to successfully close the case and move forward. We remain thankful for his knowledge and concern for us during this difficult process. My wife’s job was threatened and I was personally threatened to take down the true negative review I left about our experience. Update: we have moved away and I found out that it is illegal to threaten someone over a negative review. So I'm going to put the original review back on here. I'm 63 and my wife is 56. Emily lost our home for us over a minor eviction notice. We ended up with ten days to get out of our house that we hadn't missed a single payment on in four years. Homeless for a month, living in a tent. When I asked Emily why she did what she did against our wishes, she said " I thought it would work". And "what do you expect for free?". We borrowed $5,000 and paid Dale Cantrell for their services and apparently Emily was not paid. So we got what we paid for which was ten days to get out of our house after paying mortgage payments for 4 years on what would have been our retirement home. we ended up in a tent and then a hotel room. When I complained to Dail, he would only speak to me over the phone, would not make an appointment, and when I talked to him on the phone he told me that he hadn't practiced law in 30 years. And said "please don't show up in the parking lot in the morning like the others." The others? After posting this the first time, I was immediately threatened by Dale Cantrell himself and my wife was threatened with losing her job from her boss who is another client and friend of Dale Cantrell. I felt that this was so wrong especially for a lawyer that I would put the truth back up here, but my wife got a different job first. Do not trust your money or your property or your freedom to these people. We did and lost everything. Starting over at 63.
