When my father passed away I was tasked with settling his estate. He lived in Tennessee, but had property in Virginia that was to be divided among several different people. The problem was that my father only had a handwritten will with no notary or other witnesses. I had no idea how to handle this! I called Emily Horton and she handled everything for me!
