I hired Attorney Artie Byrd after having such an Awful Experience with a well known, Commercialized Bankruptcy Lawyer that took advantage of my situation. The moment I hired Attorney Byrd he jumped right on my case and made me feel so comfortable with my decision to proceed with my filing. I was deeply discouraged before hiring Attorney Byrd because I knew absolutely nothing about the bankruptcy process. And quite frankly had been taken advantage of. I asked Artie to keep it real with me and to give me his honest opinion on what I should do. And That he Did! He Listened to me! Literally made all the doubts and fears of discouragement go away. He Communicated with me when he needed to do so. Assured me that if there were any changes made that I would be contacted prior to such changes and gave me a Peace of Mind. He never appeared to judge me like the Attorney before. I call him my "Earth's Angel" Because that's what he proved to be! Thank You So Much Attorney Byrd for your humble spirit at a time when I needed it. I am forever grateful. And Yes Attorney Byrd is the Real Deal!! I hired him as an attorney for my bankruptcy case and he was more than nice when working with me in the beginning. As time went on, he began to show his true colors. He cuts me off when I’m asking him questions, won’t return my phone calls or emails, snaps at me. It’s become very uncomfortable to even have him as my attorney. I hate that I even got started with Artie Byrd.
