I wasn't sure what the best way was to handle all of my investments in my will if something happens to me. Mr. Pickler was very helpful in explaining all my options and recommending my best option. He didn't talk down to me, and he didn't confuse me. I never felt rushed, and at the end of the day I am satisfied that I chose the best way to plan for my death. After I got my documents, I was encouraged to call back if I had any questions. He made me feel like my issues were important to him and none of my questions were annoying.
