A terrible Law Firm. In October of 2021 I hired this Law Firm to challenge the Trustee Operations of our Executor due to not notifying Trustees of Financial Transaction(s) & Balances & because they converted the Trust into their personal account which is against the Law. I sent them a 4,000 deposit, which was deposited & no work was done on it, so finally I had to request a refund because they were taking no action. As I have found out, Lawyers love to set up & charge you for a Trust, but if there is any problems they are non existent. Note they did not set up our Original Trust, but my mother & my brother resided in Tenn., so I needed a Tn. lawyer and they were happy to take my money, but put NO Effort into resolving my situation or taking any action to bring it to court. I live in Ma. so this was a tough situation, but I was treated terribly with virtually no respect. TM Ma.

I first met Frank Dale in 2009 through my good friend and Realtor, Paulette Toretto. She told me that Dale was the best attorney for title searches here in Columbia. This turned out to be 100% true when his inciteful work kept us from inheriting a mechanics lien when buying a house here. The firm has helped us purchase several properties since then, and I have referred business to them over the years because of their superior legal acumen and the confidence that they inspire. It was through Frank Dale that I met Thomas Hutto, a man whom I now consider to be my attorney and friend. He has done a will for me and has successfully represented me several times in court for evictions. He has helped me sell houses with deeds of trust to people I know, and he has kept every person in each transaction comfortable and well informed. Thomas is a person who goes all out for his clients. Several years ago one of his clients was about to lose her house to an unethical mortgage company. When Thomas found out about this he worked tirelessly and he stopped that foreclosure. Because of his persistence an elderly widow still owns her family house. It was not a large transaction, but just the one that made all the difference for his client and shows his professional competence and his unimpeachable character.

Dale, Hutto & Lyle helped plan for our future by assisting us with our estate planning documents. Alexandra Blackburn is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process and everything you need to be covered.
