Shawn Snyder handled a conservatorship case for my family. His team was prompt and thorough in relaying all the necessary information in a way that was easy to understand. Including what each step of the process was for, what his team required from me, dates of appointments, instructions for how to get to those appointments and what I needed to bring... all of it was laid out to me in a way that I (as someone who's not familiar with the law) could easily follow. The few questions I had after their briefings were happily answered. I was left with confidence that his team knew precisely what they were doing, but also how to make someone that wasn't familiar with the inner-workings of the law comfortable with the process. Paid the consultation fee and retainer. Conducted mediation, and decided to settle in mediation. 2 months later cannot get a response from Snyder or his office staff. No phone calls or emails. I just want what I paid for.
