LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I found Mr. Josh Miller through searching online for a good lawyer to represent me for a charge in TN when I live in SC. Unfortunately facing incriminating charges of a 1st offense DUI that was questionable if I was over legal limit or not, I refused taking blood test in TN because in SC that is unheard of really. All I ever recall hearing of is breathalyzer test. Mr. Miller and his firm have a 5 star review only for good reason. I was able to get the best plea bargain that I could have asked for in my opinion with Mr. Miller's help. I accepted charge of reckless driving, no time served with 6 months probation and agreement to attend MADD program. 6 months probation waived if total payment of charge and fees were paid same day as court. Paid all fees and reckless driving charge and made it back to SC same day as court hearing. I was able to keep my job because of this and myself and family could continue on with our lives again. I cannot thank Mr. Miller and Brooke enough for their professionalism and capabilities within the TN court system. If you find yourself even questioning representation within TN courts, call Mr. Josh Miller, you won't regret it. As his reviews state, he goes the extra mile and treats his cases as if they were related family. Thanks Josh & Brooke!

I was so nervous about being in court and worried about what was going to happen. Everytime I met with Mr. White he reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He fought for my case in the best way possible. He is a great lawyer. He fought for me even when I felt like I could not fight anymore. I would recommend him to anybody.

Highly Recommend!!! Thank you. Entire family extremely grateful for Joshua Miller. No other attorney could have done what he did! The other attorneys, that over heard the case and discussions with the assistant district attorney told him, "You got the felony dropped to a guilty plea of 1st offense DUI and 30 days jail time, your client should be happy with that." However, that wasn't good enough. He was able to get the sentence to 20 days and a no contest plea for DUI 1. I spoke with him weeks after the court date and he said that other attorneys were still talking about how they couldn't believe he was able to make that deal for this charge. Served time turned out to be 10 days in county. I highly recommend Joshua Miller for doing an unbelievable job with my case. Thank you so much!!

So, I was standing in the court room, basically getting scolded, by the judge, when out of nowhere this lawyer(Mr White) jumped up, asked if I had a lawyer already, then proceeded to defend my case and argued the case as if I had already officially hired him. Once we worked out the details of my case, we negotiated an unbelievable, very affordable price. Mr White was very respectful, dedicated, consistent, and always in touch with me about my case. He followed up with very useful information about my case via letter mail. To be honest, Mr White seemed to be fighting my charges as if it were his life on the line. I still can not believe that he got my charge dismissed!!! I live in Nashville and I’m not familiar with the Columbia area, when I called his office for directions his office manager did everything thing she could to help me with directions and relaying to Mr. White that I am on my way if I was running a little behind schedule. I would definitely recommend anyone in trouble with the law to give Mr. White a call or message. It would definitely be worth your time, and money!!!
