Paid for an expungement in April of 2020. I was told it was a simple matter to sign a couple papers and they would get the judge to sign them and approve the expungement of the charges. After a year of not getting this accomplished, I called another attorney and stopped by their office. Within 20 minutes the papers were signed and emailed to the Judge. I had called the Fry office 5-6 times with no return call before that. After the other attorney handled it for me, I have called 4 times asking for a possible refund since nothing was ever done. I have not received a return call out of the last 6 months. They are very capable and have always been outstanding before. I’m just amazed at the lack of service at this point. Don’t know if they are overbooked or what but service is not the same.

My wife and I meet with Mrs. Looper about doing power of attorney for our children. She was extremely helpful and made sure we understood everything we were doing. I would highly recommend her for any legal issue. If she can't help you, she would more than happily point you in the right direction!
