Jason drew up a complete set of estate planning documents for my grandmother. He answered all of her questions and explained to her how the documents would uphold her wishes in different situations. It took a lot of worry off of her, and he charged her a fraction of what other lawyers quoted her. We were both very impressed with him.

Due to the sudden loss of my mother-in-law, Jason F. Hicks handled a conservatorship matter for us concerning my sister-in-law, whom is a mentally handicapped disabled individual. This was our first legal matter we had ever been engaged with on a personal level, so for us this was a big deal for our family. Jason's communication with us was great, and his expertise was spot on! Anyone looking for a lawyer should most certainly consider Jason F, Hicks for their legal needs!

Once my divorce was final, Jason successfully handled getting my QDRO completed. There were some issues that occurred (before Jason was involved) that required a new QDRO to be submitted. Jason was prompt in getting everything completed, ensured everything was correct, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I had to go to court for a charge that I was innocent for. Instead of letting me worry, Jason reassured me everything was fine. It was very easy to meet with him and he explained everything very well. When it came time to go to court, he got the case dismissed before the judge even heard it. Excellent work

I hired Jason as my divorce attorney. He had all the paperwork ready for me very quick and accurate. As soon as he knew something, I was the very next one to know.
