Mr. Culver explained how the expenses and proceeds should be divided. He also reviewed the Buyer's offer letter and recommended changes to better protect the individual family members. Fred Culver reviewed the documents and provided a written response in less than 24 hours of receiving them. He also answered all of our follow-up questions clearly. His service was quick and professional, and I would definitely use him again!
