Having recently lost my wife, and moving from California to Tennessee, I needed to update my family trust, power of attorney, will, and advanced directive to conform to Tennessee law. Searching on-line, and seeing the already shining reviews for Patterson Bray, led me to call and schedule an appointment. I was introduced to Carlisle Dale, and we discussed my concerns at length. Mr. Dale reviewed my current paperwork and came up with a plan to make all the necessary changes so as to conform to Tennessee law. I was very satisfied with the plan, and instructed Mr. Dale to go forward. One month later I was presented a portfolio of my new documents, which I reviewed, signed with witnesses, and had them notarized. A very pleasant and professional experience with Mr Dale and the firm of Patterson Bray.
