After dealing with my parent's estate, I learned the necessity of a well written trust/will and not all lawyers are equal. I needed a small trust because even though I only had a few assets, I didn't want my heirs to have to deal with probate costs and family rivalry that can be fueled by lengthy probate proceedings. Lindsay's fees are incredibly reasonable. I was pleased that I could have a trust drafted with the "Wiseman Bray" name behind it at a price that I can afford. Lindsay is incredibly sophisticated in the legal field but she made the process simple for me by using diagrams/visuals to thoroughly explain options. She has an insight and perception regarding any pitfalls to avoid. I also didn't feel judged for the decisions that I made regarding beneficiaries.
