Very poor professional services and isn't prompt on service's needed. Doesn't return phone calls as they say they will . Very unsatisfied with their service. I hope someone can recommend me to a professional attorney that knows how to do the nesssary job.

Highly recommend Mrs. Shepherd and her wonderful hardworking assistant Robin. I have used her twice concerning child custody issues and they both are prompt and very professional. They both care about their jobs and making sure the right thing is done and is in the best interest of the child. Very knowledgeable with questions and will not give you any false expectations. They both are extremely busy but still manage to get back to you within a timely manner.

In my professional career as an auctioneer, I work with attorneys on a regular basis. I found Bill Hampton to be prompt, thorough and approachable. His straight forward attitude makes obscure or commplicated situations understandable.

Don't use for mediation!! She only listened & did what the other party requested. She is very judgemental & it was like she was representing the other party. She was not neutral at all as she should have been.
