I got my CDL and I live in elizabethton tn. She deals with alot of criminal cases not traffic tickets she has a lack of experience in traffic tickets., but she was able to help me out and stand beside on both tickets. She was able to to get me out of the first ticket butv the second I had her next to me while I talked tob the judge. With her help on the second ticket and me speaking to the judge. I was able to get out of the ticket. She is one of the best attorneys in elizabethton tho. I have heard good things about her with criminal court tho.I would highly recommend her for your attorney in Carter County unless you have connections or a attorney with a big name in the state of TN.

Misty was great, she handled my case quick and she was very professional. If it wasn't for her I would be lost and my kids would have ended up in the system. I would recommend her to anyone

After hiring misty she told me that my case was a clear cut case and shouldn't take no more that 3 months to complete. "Super" I thought to my self. However, a year later I fired her. Her 3 months estimate was clearly miscalculated! She lied about going to court when she was actually working deals with the other attorney that was not in my best interest. She Charged me and kept an enormous amount of my money. It seems like she went on vacation with my money!

I had Ms Buck in a very sticky, family legal case whom, Misty and her former advisory at the David Crockett Law Firm seemed to allow most of my rights being upheld. I was wrongfully accused, and Misty withstood my personal rights. Even if my financial situation did not match my plan niff, the truth, and the Justice system is accountable.
