The lack of care and consideration except when collecting her fee is unbelievable. No contact, no interaction. Outright lies of agreements with DA's. Beware!

She has got to be the best around. Very hard working and professional. She made sure that I got primary custody of my son after the months decided to move out of state without any proper notice. She worked so hard on this case and was worth EVERY PENNY. SHE IS AMAZING!

She needs to go back to law school and learn professionalism. she needs to rethink her Paralegal because she dresses like a street walker and acts very unprofessional, I would not recommend hiring Misty Buck to wash my dog.

Very hard working didnt charge an arm and a leg and was very respectable. As busy as she was she would always find time to help!

Paid a over 3000 total and still nothing has been done still not divorced she lied never stayed in contact with updates never have been to mediation and will not give me my file after i hired another attorney. Don't waste your money or time hiring her!!!

Ms. Buck helped me with a custody matter and ensured my child was protected at all times. She is very professional and an excellent attorney.

Misty has to be one of the worst attorneys in the tri state area. She made me a quote on a case then kept adding fees every time I turned around. When I confronted her she slung her stringy hair back, rolled her eyes, and said "What did you expect". Then she actually walked off?? I still have no idea what her comment even meant. I told her to just stop appearing with me in court. The case actually started going better once she was gone. LESSON LEARNED. Don't make the mistake with this person.

She quoted a price in full for a divorce, which was paid in full. When it came time to file the signed decree, the receptionist kept saying $500 more in attorney fees was still owed plus an additional $314 filing fee! When I request a quote for the entire amount, that's what I expect! Do yourself a favor and find another attorney.

From word one she helped me and my family go through a trouble time she was patient with all three of my children and they were not scared to tell her what they wanted and she had a meaner about her that one day I see her as a honest judge in the county I appreciate all she done for my family she is well respected as it is deserved she one of best in my book she is honest weather you like it or not .

I see reviews stating that Mrs. Buck did not provide the EXACT outcome that her client wished for, sometimes this funny thing called life doesn't happen your way when you snap your fingers. Misty was professional, she was friendly, and did not charge unless needed. She worked her hardest and was always on time. Luckily for my case (termination of parental rights/adoption) won. We went to court twice, that was it! Even when some of my family members gave her a hard time she still fought for me and my case. That's how it should be, I would definitely recommend Mrs. Buck and I have.

Went to Misty on recommendation of a friend. She promised me I would get custody of my son and that it was an easy situation resolved. She made me pay extra fees for a mediation she says resolved my issues which did nothing. I was told after mediation me and ex need to be adults and rectify situation with son. No situationni went to her about has been resolved. I'm looking into getting an attorney to sue her and I'm also filing a complaint with Board of responsibility with state of Tennessee.

I hired Misty during the most difficult time in my life. While my large family was falling to pieces around me, my father was dying of cancer and in excruciating pain. My own pain of existing every day went to my bones, which hurt every waking hour. Needless to say, I thought only God was on my side. What I found in this lawyer was both a sincere desire for practicing law the way it was designed and a level of empathy that cannot be taught. Misty handled a lot of avenues of my case “behind the curtain”. That let me know she was constantly considering the best outcome for my state of affairs. This lawyer has a future as a judge, but, until then, I will recommend her with the highest regard as an attorney. There’s a previous review about Misty communicating with other lawyers that bothered me. Misty also settled my situation out of court; however, I know for a fact that her gameness in the courtroom would have given the same outcome. Other lawyers know this as well, which is why Misty is able to mediate effectively.
