In my own personal case, Mr. Turner always responded with the upmost confidence while also reassuring me i could believe what he told me. He was also quick to notify me of court date changes due to covid, or to any questions I had. I, myself got my own arraignment date mixed up and was at work with no idea until Jonathan called me asking where I was. Once he knew I wasn’t going to be able to make it Jonathan covered for my butt and convinced the court for another date at the last second! He also talked the da to drop my DUI charge!
