Our child was assaulted by two boys at school here in Williamson County. Once news was out that this happened and the boys were in trouble, two girls collaborated a story and our son found himself in trouble throughtbthem reporting he said something threatening to them during lunch. Jonathan had a full grasp on the timeline, the disabilities of our son. The outcome was remarkable in that our son ended up just having to write and apology letter to the girl which he allegedly said something. Jonathan was able to help the DA (who also was very empathetic understood the full story within full context of these two cases overlapping). We are so very grateful for Jonathan’s compassion, knowledge and understanding.

Jonathan Turner is by far the best legal counsel you can get in middle Tennessee. I have used many different attourneys in middle Tennessee. I have paid for the most expensive firms that were a "team" of lawyers. Honestly more they cost over what you think is fair, the less they seem to care, (at least in my experience). I was in need of an attorney back at the beginning of the year and was facing up to a year in jail. I had messed up and made some very poor decisions. I was guilty, plain and simple. I was on probation at the time and clearly and knowingly violated it by breaking the law again. I was, in my mind "above the law" and thought I would not ever get caught... Well that attitude and mostly not obeying my probation terms or the law got me caught. I was now looking at jail time and potentially a felony charge being brought against me. I began to look for the best lawyer. One who had a good reputation as well as relationship with the district attorney's office. I am sure now that there was help in pointing me where I needed to go and I didn't know it at the time. I had spoken to a few lawyers that I had used in the past all telling me that they would be able to get me just a month to 6 months in jail. But, I spoke to just one them directly after days waiting. I got what they knew I wanted to be told and I could see through the gimmick. I knew that they were trying to just tell me what I wanted to hear, and started to wonder if this was the standard. That was until I called Jonathan Turner. I was amazed that it was him who answered. He told me not what would happen (because I know that anyone who tells you an outcome is "garunteed" is lying), but rather what our plan would be. He gave me no guarantees and I appreciated that. He told me best and worst case scenarios only when I asked. The plan was for me to do what he said and it will hopefully get me a desired outcome, I was thinking like a month in jail plus a year of probation. I will say it was not easy admitting to friends and family that I again had let them down. But, I had Jonathan in my corner to call or text anytime I felt down. He went above his duties and I saw him do this with other clients as well. HE ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT HIS CLIENTS! I was shocked that there were lawyers like this. He treated everyone equally not by how much you pay him or how major or minor a charge you're facing. Just was professional and prioritized his clients correctly, and left out no one. He is a good person and does his best to help you in any way he can. I ended up getting an additional 6 months probation and not a day in jail. He got my case moved back (which was the plan) 3/4 of a year so that I could do all he told me. The best part is not only do I not have to go to jail or pay tons of money to the court system, it is the awesome new life I have now. Only as a result of following the directions (to a "t"), given to me by Jonathan Turner. He impressed me so much that I am going to all of the sites I went to when I needed a lawyer. I want to make sure anyone needing council doesn't mess around with the ex-judges, the teams who charge way more than they provide or the ones who make promises that they know they cannot keep. Go to Jonathan Turner and I promise you that you will see why he has so many awards and why the choice is easy. He is a good person and an amazing lawyer who will help you, above and beyond what you think you'll get paying an arm and a leg for the "best". Thanks Jonathan. You have changed my life. I know as long as I continue along the path that Mr. Turner got me on, I hopefully will not be reviewing my legal counsel anymore.

What can I say about Jonathan. From the start, he gave me that sense of calm that everything was going to work out. He was very thorough and detail oriented throughout the process of my case. He was always accessible to answer any questions that I had. He got the charges dropped before the hearing and my record cleared. If you want someone who will fight for you, don't look any further than Jonathan!

In my time of need I was quite nervous to begin with in all honesty. I had talked to several lawyers about my situation, and none left me feeling more confident than after the friendly conversation I had with Mr. Larsen. When you meet him, it is quite impressive on how simple it is to converse with the man, and to go over your case to find anyway too help better your outcome when it comes to meeting the judge. When it came to meeting the judge, you can tell he has earned his respect in the court room, and I tell ya- I am quite pleased with the results that came about. We all have our mistakes that can lead to some legal troubles, and Mr. Larsen is the one I reccomend to anyone who wants a justifiable defense in the court of law. Jonathan did an excellent job helping our nephew with a drug misdemeanor charge. He seemed to know the right people to talk to and manage the Tennessee court system with competence. In a very short time, we had an offer on the table that was accepted with minimal community service. Without his help, our nephew would had had a record to contend with for a significant amount of time. We will always appreciate his ability to manage his case effectively and efficiently.
