Jonathan represented me for a Protective Order that I needed to have put in place. We had someone living in our house and it took a bad turn. I met with Jonathan and explained my situation. He empathized with me and advised me that a Protective Order would be the best way to help my family and I stay safe, as we had become scared of this person. His wisdom and guidance enabled us to have a great solution to a complicated problem. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone who need an attorney that is able to meet their needs with a realistic expectation coupled with empathy and wisdom. Jonathan is the person of this job. Jonathan Turner worked extremely hard on my son's case, Jonathan was victorious in DISMISSING A FELONY CHARGE BEFORE a jury trial even began! I hired Jonathan Turner 15 hours before my trial to bring my son home. I was under the impression that it was going to be a preliminary hearing and when we arrived in the morning we discovered that it was much more serious than we anticipated- the case was set for trial. Jonathan hardly knew anything about the case except for the quick run down I gave him and he did an outstanding job representing, and fighting for me....OUTSTANDING!!! Had I used the publuc defender I was appointed I would have been doomed. Only because he didnt have experience and/or the knowledge we needed. But as soon as Jonathan Turner was working for me he made sure that no longer happened. I was very impressed with his experience and knowledge, not only as a lawyer but also as a prosecuter! He is fearless in the courtroom and I cant stress enough how he will make sure that you are not treated unfairly and be sure that things happen as they should or shouldnt to your best interest. He Really knows what he is doing.My case was set for a review in which I am sure with Mr.Turner on it, I believe my son would've come home on that date. However, I am using Mr.Turner to appeal this case because I know undoubtedly that giving him time to get witnesses and time to prepare he will get the best possible outcome for my case. I am overly pleased. He is Great at what he does and he is one of a kind! I am definitely using JonathanTurner again in the future and let me add that you should too! ;) You wont regret it!

Johnathan represented my husband in an extremely complicated aggrevated robbery case. My husband was facing 8 years in prison. Not only did he get the charge dropped to.a simple robbery case, he got my husband off WITH NO JAIL TIME. He is serving 5 years probation instead, which is absolutely unheard of. In a county like Williamson County I found it unbelievable and incredible, because Williamson County prosecutes with no mercy.

I have had the honor of working with Mr. Turner on investigations. Mr. Turner is very passionate about providing the best defense for his clients. The level of knowledge he brings to the table from being a former District Attorney and a Defense Attorney is priceless. I have learned a lot working with him. I have not had the pleasure of working with him on civil or family law matters; however, from what I have seen him accomplish in criminal cases, I can't imagine that he would do anything less than high standard work.
