From the minute Nichole took my call on a Saturday afternoon out of the blue until my case was resolved; Nichole was extremely supportive and compassionate to my situation. She took the time to walk me through every scenario. She provided me with guidance that proved to be extremely beneficial in getting the most favorable outcome for my situation. She did what she said she was going to do and made herself available to answer any questions. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her. I first contacted Mr. Turner after 7:00pm and he was quick to respond to my email, even being after hours. He was very proactive, very patient and got a copy of my ticket and my information to start working on my case right away. He was able to reschedule my court date that was supposed to be around Thankgsving. Then I failed to appear on court because I got stuck in Brazil visiting my family and he was able to talk to the Judge one more time to reschedule my court date. He is extremely smart, very professional and knowledgeable. He was the only lawyer to win a case after an appeal in Marshall county. I highly recommend Mr. Turner’s services.
