I was on the search for a lawyer that I could not only trust but one that I knew understood my heart for the situation and would fight hard for me to get it. From the very beginning Dana spent time learning the whole backstory of my case as well as listening to what I wanted most out of the situation as well as my fears. He was very clear about what might/might not happen and what to expect. On the day of I was impressed with the way he quickly made sure that the other party knew what I would and wouldn’t stand for making the rest of the process easy. He maneuvered through every obstacle with ease while explaining everything to me along the way. I have no regrets and was able to leave feeling like I was represented perfectly. HIGHLY recommend.

I called Dana and hired him to represent a family member in a DUI case. Dana looked at all of the discovery materials and one thing didn’t quite feel right to him. He requested follow up documentation from the DA’s office, who stalled and deferred for close to a year, postponing court dates multiple times. Dana didn’t back off, and the DA finally admitted that he didn’t have the media Dana was requesting. He negotiated a favorable plea agreement that was far better than what we thought was possible. I’d hire Dana again without hesitation.

The way he handled himself in the courtroom to the way he always responded to my texts/calls, I never felt alone in my case and always felt he was fighting for me. He never once judged me but only defended me. He is a straight shooter and will get to the point. Definitely look no further if you are in need of an attorney. I will be using and referring Dana from now on with any case. Just nice to have someone actually fight for you and your case. I hired Dana for a relatively simple divorce case, but he was always available and willing to answer my many anxiety driven questions. If you’re looking for someone who is direct and doesn’t mess around then this is your guy. Dana is not only straight forward and forth coming he genuinely cares about you as a human being. I felt extremely confident that his experience would work in my favor, he’s a local and has good working relationships with a lot of other professionals. He settled an extremely difficult case between my ex and myself post divorce with precision and honesty. I promise you want this person on your side. If he’s the opposing council then prepare yourself, he’s a good one!

Dana worked to resolve my divorce swiftly and provided excellent advice from Day One. He listened to my concerns and helped me to separate the business of divorce from the emotions of divorce, which allowed me to make the best decisions for my situation. Dana never made me feel stupid for lacking legal knowledge. His fees were fair and I was never worried about the meter running while talking with him because I trusted he was providing the best legal advice. Dana put me at ease from my first phone call. Everything he told me was going to happen, Happened. He knew that we were not going to get a deal until she was done flogging me. Ha. He was right. It was like he could read her mind and knew how to handle every situation we were faced with. He got me to mediation and helped me get a fair deal. Which is all I wanted from the beginning. It was the deal he told me we would end up with and he was exactly right. He told me his fees were going to be a third of my ex’s and he was right abt that as well. Honestly his bill to me was less than I thought it would be which is unheard of with attorneys. He told me he would rather have me refer clients to him rather than bad mouth him after. He will not hold your hand or answer your crazy rants. Trust me you will have some. But he was saved me from myself many times. He’s a good guy and a straight shooter. Hire him. You won’t be sorry.
