Brad Carter was the second attorney I hired to handle my divorce and he was very professional and very experienced. Unlike some other attorneys, he didn’t try to “price gouge” me. My divorce lasted almost 2 years and he was able to settle my case in just 4 months despite numerous attempts by opposing counsel to prolong the process. He outsmarted opposing counsel on numerous occasions. He also had an excellent rapport with the judge, which speaks volumes about his integrity. We could have easily went to trial, which would have put at least $50K more in his pocket, but he worked hard to avoid that - and succeeded.

I retained Brad two years ago. Since the day I met him, he was/is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I retained Brad post divorce, with a difficult custody battle. In retrospect, I wish I had Brad for my divorce case. He helped me thru what was the most difficult time of my life. He was very poised during court, but always came to my defense. Brad’s skills as a family law attorney are unmatched in all of middle Tennessee. My case involved complex multi-state jurisdiction issues with children. I met with numerous highly reputable attorneys prior to selecting Brad and he was the only one who projected confidence in navigating these issues to a successful outcome, and he delivered! He successfully overcame my spouse’s motion to dismiss the case and kept it in Tennessee where it belongs. His superior knowledge of Tennessee law, craftsmanship of arguments and the familiarity with the judicial bench in Williamson County made him the best advocate I could have hoped for. What’s more, he did all of this within a *very* reasonable budget considering the complexity of the circumstances. His invoices were always accurate and, importantly, lacked the fluff/padding sometimes seen with other attorneys. Brad is an attorney of high moral character who genuinely cares & plans for the well-being of his clients many years into the future.
