I am very pleased with Sam’s legal services. I retained Sam after purchasing a home and finding out that the seller’s had misrepresented the home via the seller’s disclosure documentation. The result of the misrepresentation was fairly extensive and costly repairs. When I consulted with Sam, he was very straight forward regarding damages recovery, legal costs and potential timelines.
