Mr. Turner was awesome!! I was going 120 in a 70 and was facing jail time. I hired Mr Turner based upon his high reviews and I was not disappointed!! He got me no jail time, 30 days probation and community service. I’ve learned my lesson about speeding and glad I had the right attorney in my corner! Hire him, you won’t regret it!!

I'm a single father. I made a couple bad choices. Found Eric. Met him and He took off running he wanted info that no one else asked he wanted to actually know me it felt. He worked my case actually more than one. He didn't sugar coat he didnt BS me. It was more straight forward and realistic results he was the kind of honest you wouldn't expect from a lawyer. Atty Turner got my DUI case in Mt Juliet (or w/ Wilson County Sheriff) decreased to Reckless Driving, which is fantastic! I did have prescribed medications, I had taken over 12 years, in my blood, which I told the Sheriff after I was arrested. I am disabled (my license on my car has a disabled symbol), and the very young police officer never asked me about it, which they legally can, & he proceeded to have me do a field sobriety test. I knew I wouldn’t pass it. Atty Turner took the evidence, he needed, presented it to DA, whom may have appeared skeptical, but, thanks to Atty Turner’s magic, he reconsidered & reduced the charge! A name you want to remember... Jonathan William Turner is a name you want to remember. I have been through some very expensive lawyers that, now Mr. Turner has entered my life, did not ask me the right questions. During a very sad six-year long divorce due to my wife’s unsavory ways, I began drinking, ultimately leading to three DUI cases. Unfortunately, I had for my divorce hired a high-profile lawyer first, who came recommended by a colleague of my mothers. I, not ever dealing with the court system before in the past, did not do my homework and accepted. In through which time I began drinking and spent enough money to of bought a small home, outright. That is where his partner came in. Recommended by my Divorce Lawyer, of course, he supposedly specialized in DUI cases. So, now I was paying for, two supposed high profile lawyers. Well I can say at least they charged the part accordingly, anyway. Not at any time during the many cases that came and went, through my time of need, did either ask the type or caliber of questions, the way John W. Turner directed his. Yes, it was an eye-opener indeed. I must also add, not once was I charged near the same low rate, required only by my new found lawyer, Mr. John W. Turner. Admittedly even more so I was surprised by this fact, due to the circumstances of my case. A breath of fresh air, indeed. This case was more than unfavorable for me; I knew I could go away a long time; as did Mr. Turner as well... Without question, there were going to be a couple of Court hearings, minimum. I could already see the Court Costs compounding in my head, past the tens of thousands, they were. The fact is, I had been through these enough times to know how unfavorable my situation was. I was facing hard time and a big fine, at the very least. Not to mention many years of probation one would undoubtedly serve following the priors. “Great…”. I thought to myself. I was NOT loving the thought of being stared at while peeing, by some random officer on a power trip getting his or her kicks, giddy to violate anyone they could. All in hopes to receive some kind of twisted recognition. I have three DUI’s, declared as having a Habitual Driving Felony, now on record. Not permitted to drive in the state of TN, for six years from the date of my last Court hearing. Or, I go straight to prison. You heard me correct. I now am a Felon. I had never so much as had a speeding ticket, before the start of my divorce at age 36, and I was now losing everything I owned to my wife. To makes matters worse for myself, better for my wife, now I was declared a FELON. Divorce is a terrible thing, guys. I’ve found out many souls get torn apart by this, starting from the top. Usually beginning with one Adult and one, well, not.. All of it of course, high in sight, for things would of went different. Now having been represented by John W. Turner, whom unequivocally skilled at his craft, would have been most certainly my first choice. Oh and yes. If Time Travel too, was possible. Write his name down ladies and gentlemen. Put it in your phone, tablet, computer, even your Rolodex for the ones who still use such device. Heck. Tattoo it on the rear-end of your spouse! It quite possibly might even save them one day from making a terrible mistake. Very quickly you will find that Mr. Turner wastes no time. And thus Mr. Turner might come across as a tad terse, first speaking, until your first meeting. Do not be offended. Imagine the number of erroneous calls a lawyer gets, for their knowledge and advice, alone. Now imagine being as highly recommended, as is Mr. John W. Turner. Last I checked, to become Lawyer one had to pay a considerable amount in education, alone. Before even passing the BAR… In conclusion, Mr. John Turner was able to reduce my sentence. From 2 years in prison, umpteen years of probation, and a $4000+ fine. To a mere three days in county, only 11mo/29days of probation, and a flat $500 fine. Did I mention I was a Felon? Yeah… Now, where was that tattoo parlor, again?!

I had to hire Mr. Crigger for a DUI charge within Davidson County. Mr. Crigger for one was able to get my case reduced to reckless driving. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process with lasted about three months, to where I never felt out of the loop or uneasy about what was to come. Having a non tradition work schedule, he was very accommodating to meeting with me in person as well. With the legal system so daunting I felt very at ease working with Matthew. I would highly recommend him to help in your situation. Any questions I had during the process and even a few after he was more than willing to help answer or resolve for me. Definitely was a lifesaver!

As I looked for a lawyer to help me get through my legal situation, I came across Eric.
