With 4 kids and no will my wife and I needed to get our estate plan in order. Justin was able to patiently and succinctly guide us through the steps in setting up a living trust with individual wills and medical directives - a full estate planning package. He patiently explained the differences between various options along with the legal and tax implications of each. In two short visits with minimal outside analysis, we walked away with an all-encompassing estate plan that already has given us comfort for the long run.

I contacted and hired Justin Gilbert to assist our family with settling my late husband's Estate. My husband died sort of unexpectedly and did not have a will. Justin educated me on TN Law concerning Probate and Estates. He explained things step by step and was available to the family anytime we had questions or concerns. Justin made a stressful, lengthy process easier for me to get through.

I was referred to Justin by my financial advisor to have a trust drawn up. I met with Justin twice, once to provide details, and then to sign and pick up the documents. He was on time for appointments and when I e-mailed questions to him, he responded quickly. When I took the finished documents to my bank to have my accounts included in the trust, the bank representative commented more than once about how well the trust documents had been done. This made me pleased that I had Justin prepare them.
