After having previously used a different attorney, who completely ruined my pending case and left me with a NOID (notice of intent to deny) I was referred to Michael. Within less than a month, Michael was able to get me approved for a green card. This is something my previous attorney was unable to do over a THREE YEAR period - and within a month Michael had me an approved i140. Due to some further unforeseen circumstances (related to my previous attorney and pending case) my wife and I retained Michael again for help with our i130 (which had the original RFE/NOID). Michael was able to attend our interview with USCIS and we had an approval the following day for our i130 and a few days later we got an e-mail that our i485 was approved. I am happy to say without a doubt that these approvals are 100% thanks to the hard and diligent work of Michael. He went above and beyond, he was always calm (and able to calm my wife and I) and always available. Having gone through the stress of three years of USCIS interviews, NOIDs and on-going drama - Michael was able to do what my wife and I thought was never going to happen, which was get us approved.
