We have used Mr. Catalano on 2 different occasions and both times he has been a absolute pleasure to work with. 1st occasion was after the sale of our home and the new homeowners sent a demand letter requesting us to pay for new HVAC unit. Mr. Catalano responded and had it resolved promptly and in our favor. 2nd occasion was after the death of a family member and he helped me read and understand The Last Will and Testament so I was not taken advantage of. Mr. Catalano has always been very prompt and understanding of all situations that come about. I would not recommend anyone else. He is always very professional and friendly.
