Ms. Porter has the passion, drive and determination it takes to hold her own and succeed in the hostile world that our justice system can be. I am a retired US Marine, and was wrongfully accused and charged with 4 serious felonies. Over the course of two years and several setback, Ms Porter never faltered. She tried everything in her power to resolve it reasonably, to no avail. Once my case went to trial, she performed beyond expectations. Even as the judge was actively working against us, heavily favoring the State with all decisions, and not allowing anyone to testify on my behalf, Ms. Porters was steadfast. Her words during closing arguments literally brought tears to the eyes of some of the jurors. And after a very tense 45 min wait...Not Guilty! I could not have asked for a better lawyer. I very much consider Ms. Porter a member of my family now. I've spent many a frustrated night talking to her, with never a complaint. If there was a way to give her 9 stars I would. Very much recommend!!

Mrs. Porter has come across to me in my time hiring her to defend me as very very smart. She knows what she is doing and furthermore is intimidating in all the good ways. She is what you would call feisty when dealing with the DA’s. She doesn’t sugar coat a lot of things so you know what you are dealing with, whilst having a sweet side to her at the same time. I appreciated her direct approach to me with what I was facing in court, and her blunt honesty. Her work ethic is high and I did indeed get the outcome I wanted out of my case.
