Many thanks to Ponce Law Firm my case has been settled. Ponce took my case --when no one else would, and I called a lot of firms. None of them were willing to take on Metro --a difficult case. Special thanks to Sheila for her due diligence and being so helpful and nice to talk to. and of course- many thanks to Trey, my attorney, who was willing to go up against Metro in holding them accountable-- and win... you rock!

I was faced with the fact that it was time to file a disability claim. Having made that decision I was then tasked with finding professional representation. I chose Ponce Law simply because of their commercials. They were professional and straight forward. I know numerous other attorneys advertise on TV but the last thing I wanted in a attorney was gimmicky commercial bait. It proved to be the right decision. Anessa guided me through the process of obtaining the necessary medical records. (in fact all I had to do was sign a release and she obtained them all) She was almost immediately available to answer any questions and when she wasn't my calls were promptly returned. She is a definite asset to this firm. Now... about Christopher Aldridge. He was assigned my case. As the date of my hearing approached we had a sit down meeting to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of my case and explain the process of how the hearing would take place. He gave me pointers on hearing etiquette that proved to be very beneficial. He is a true professional and his concern for my condition was obvious and cannot be denied. He walked me right through the hearing and used pointed questions to highlight the strengths of my case. In the end.... we won. In a case when winning is the only true measure of success they came through for me. Victory equals 5 stars on it's own but they deserve 5 for their professionalism too.
