These folks have gone way down hill. I was very disappointed at their lack of caring for a past and possibly future client. I will never make the mistake of calling them again I'm the future.

With Pounce Law and associate they made me feel like family rather than just another client. Anytime i had questions I could call the paralegal that worked my case , Anaessa up at any given time and she would take her time with me while directing me in the right direction. I struggled with processing information and memory after my Traumatic brain injury due to my rollover car accident that caused me to become disabled and Aneassa always took her time and worded everything in a way that would help me better understand. She was very patient with while always showing kidness. She was understanding and helpful. She showed compassion during the times that I would cry while trying to talk to her. She always found the right words to help cheer me up while encouraging me that everything will be soon be better in my life. She never made me feel any different than real family. Attorney Christopher Aldridge was also very understanding and helpful. He went above and beyond giving me a clear understanding as to what steps we would be taking to get my case approved for my disability. He is very thorough and did an exceptional and remarkable job with gathering all the evidence and proving where I was disabled and unable to work and do the things I once did. I can not put into words my gratitude for all that the people at Pounce Law did to make me feel comfortable while doing for me what I couldn't do for myself. Well I been trying to get my disability since 2015 I went with a other law firm but they really didn't have much interaction with me so I switched to Ponce law firm and they was very friendly and really done the job I would tell anyone that they are the best and go to them anytime for and thing

I have used Ponce Law in a few of my cases and trust when I say I have not been disappointed this far I will use them each and every time I need representation in a legal matter. Makenzie and Erin are great in my most recent case.

My experience with Ponce Law was wonderful! I enjoyed working with Allen, Daisy and Monserrat. They all went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed and were in constant contact which I very much appreciated. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Agnes Henderson is the best. She really cares and goes above and beyond for whoever she is working for, although she is so nice it feels like she is working with a friend of hers. She is patient. Fast. On top of it. She doesn't care if I call bc I don't understand something. You never feel like she's trying to rush you, she even listened to me rant about my daughter and bullying in her class and really cared. I know 5 star is as high as it goes but she deserves way more!
