Hi I’m Shelly Lambert. I would like to share my experience thus far. I had inquired with another law firm and was incredibly unhappy with their process. Yesterday I called and I spoke to Maria. I was so impressed with her professionalism, personality, and politeness. So much so I dropped the other law firm. I would like to make this very clear. Mr. Ponce, if you read this, please know your intake specialist are the face of your organization. They are sometimes overlooked, and we need to know whom we value. I say this because I worked for a large organization like yours, and my particular employer always said the first face of the companies are they most important person because that will make or take the sale. Mrs Ponce, if you read this, Maria is phenomenal. If I start my own organization, I would steal her from you in a heartbeat. That lady deserves a positive review, a promotion or a raise. I am a two-year cancer survivor, heart, disease, and liver disease. Many more things to discuss but I will tell you I know whomever my attorney will be will fight for me, thank you for your organization and professionalism

Such a pleasure to work with them! Dahlia and the team there are amazing. Very professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions and guided me the entire way. I received random case updates every few days (Which I loved) and they came to a resolution very quickly for us. I will definitely ONLY be going to Ponce Law from now on. I highly recommend!

After a serious injury, told me they could not give me legal advice until I signed up with them. So I did, then 3 weeks later they told me they weren't going to represent me. Not a good way to treat people. Could have told me that from day 1 and not sign a bunch of papers, send multiple pictures etc. And give me hope they were going to help.

Not satisfied at all! It took a complete year to get anything done about my motorcycle accident. It took 9 months just to get the money to fix my bike let alone my lawsuit to the insurance company. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely use another law firm!
