I was in a car accident 6/16. I was T-boned, I had to go to the ER straight from the accident. I had saw Ponce commercials an thought I'll give him a try as he seem sincere. Attorney Allen Smith came to my house, he seemed to really care about what had happened to me. Time went on an I got discouraged. He wouldn't return phone calls in a timely matter. The Paralegal Mike McGinnis he would return phone calls at first then the longer it went on the less I heard from him no matter how many voicemails I left. He would respond better to emails. Near the end I just got disgusted with them. Seemed they were dragging there feet. I finally had, had enough so I ask to speak to Michael Ponce personally. They connect me with Nina , who was an attorney. Within a week she had everything settled for me an I had my money within in 2 weeks. Nina was amazing. When I went to go pick up my checks I met Michael Ponce. He was very nice, considerate an apologetic for what I had gone through. In the end I was satisfied with how Nina handled my case. I didn't get what I thought I should of gotten, but I got prior conditions threw up in my face. I had 3 surgeries on my right shoulder because of the accident. But in the end I was just happy to settle it an take what little I got. I just had major spine surgery related to the car accident. It seems that no matter how bad your injured you can only get whatever the max they have on there car. It doesn't matter how bad your hurt, when it comes to the type of car insurance they have. If i'm ever in another car accident I won't be calling Ponce Law Firm again.
