My son was injured in a car accident. We went to Ponce Law. What a mistake. My son didn't know the "process" of a personal injury lawsuit. I had been through it before so I stuck by him. This was nothing like my previous experience. Over a 5 month period they called my son only twice. The attorney assigned to our case talked over his head and didn't answer his questions. We never even met his attorney until we went in to sign the settlement papers almost six months after the accident. And then my son received less than half of what the attorney told him he was going to try for. There was hardly any communication or explanation of the process to my son al all. My experience a few years ago was so much better. We should have returned to that law firm. Just a terrible experience.

This law firm was very helpful and caring I would strongly recommend anyone use this law firm.

I would just like to start by saying that everyone I spoke with was always respectful and nice and that goes a long way when you are dealing with a long drawn out disability case because a majority of the people you speak with are fairly impatient these days. It was a breath of fresh air. With that said I'll get into my experience with my attorney and case overall. I can't express how much I appreciate all that my attorney, Chris Aldridge, did for me. My case took around 5 years to complete and Chris fought for me the entire time. He never gave up, even when I wanted to, and finally got the outcome we had been hoping for. It was a long hard process but he did everything he could to win for me. And win he did! I would recommend anyone to give these guys a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Had a 3.5 year complicated case. So many times I wanted to give up, but Ponce Law attorneys insisted I had a good case and to not give up. Everyone worked very hard.
