I went to Ponce Law Firm after being referred by my attorney Mary parker. I was injured permanently at my job and did not have the support of my employer of over 16 years of service with them. After being in negotiations for 3 and half years I met Brian Dunigan and Rita Duffy. Brian spent an hour or so listening to my case , After a year, we had mediation and Att. After being referred to Michael Ponce law office. I inquired about a worker's compensation issue. I met with Attorney Brian Dunigan and Paralegal Rita Duffy. I was told immediately that this was a tough case because of mistakes on my part. Mr. Dunigan said he would look into the case and give his all. Communications were mostly with Ms. Duffy who was very clear and concise about her statements and questions. My experience with Ponce law has been overall fantastic. I had a wonderful legal team that consisted of Nina Parsley and Denise Davis. They were there for me every step of the way. I always felt well informed and everything went as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Ponce Law if you are ever in an auto accident.

Don’t waist your time unless it is a cut and dry case. I contacted them gave them my history of what all had happened prior to and after my hernia surgery and the pain i am still going thru and for some reason they didn’t have the respect to even call me back. I waited a week and called them just to find out that they did not want to mess with my case and it is clearly one of their criteria that they have on their listing that they help with. Thanks for waistline my time. Knew I didn’t like lawyers for some reason. I guess it would have been to much work for them.
