Its really heartbreaking how there are so many positive reviews yet weve been "working with" this office for over two years and have had nothing but a negative experience. My husband and I do NOT feel like we have gotten ANY personal care and can definitely feel whether or not some of these lawyers are solely in it for the money. Being a priority or even feeling like someone cares is non existent. My husband picked this law firm because of the connection that was made in the initial phone call with Mr. Ponce himself and then we were set to the side and forgotten about.
