Never personally used Mr. Tipton, however, I've personally witnessed him in the courtroom and 10 out of 10 times I've observed far less time in the courtroom and sentences with his clients, vs those with the same charges with court appointed attorneys. (No offense guys, but everyone understands that you work for them)

Having had more experiences than I care to enumerate with attorneys, judges, and the judicial system in the past 30 plus years in the states of Florida and Tennessee I am compelled to offer the highest compliments to this gentleman. Working with him for the last two years was a sincere pleasure. From day one he imparted nothing but honesty, integrity, and accuracy. He actually did what he said he would do when he said he would. He treated us with respect, and listened to what we said, and diligently worked month after month to provide the very best legal care. He was always receptive to our needs and showed compassion balanced with a sharp legal mind. I can not endorse this gentleman highly enough!
