Reached out to him this week regarding an issue with payments not being made to mortgage company on time with case. He then copied me on an email chain where he told the court "client is difficult to satisfy." Apparently Mr. Fox finds it difficult to hear from a client ONCE A YEAR. That is how often he has heard from me. Once a year, in the last 3 years. Im sorry, I thought that is what I paid him for. Apparently not. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for attorney services. Mr. Fox obviously does not want to be bothered once he gets his fees on a case. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY.
