I hired David Goodman with the impression he was an experienced attorney. I quickly came to realize he was an associate with almost NO experience. Upon hiring, I was told several things he would do to start the case. After hearing nothing back for a month, I called to find out he had not done anything yet. He drug out a simple custody case for over 6 months until I was left with no choice but to FIRE him and hire another attorney (who quickly closed my case) They consistently double bill for items. I was told it should not be more than my 3,000 retainer but I ended up paying them well over 7,000.00 and he accomplished NOTHING. Save yourself the trouble and use a different office. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

James Cobb and his staff are wonderful, caring, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. From my personal experience, they have 5-star expertise and a genuine commitment to their clients. I had a closing on a HELOC, James and his crew were easy to work with, I wasn’t able to close my loan with them in Hendersonville, so they worked with me to be able to close at a location closer to me. I Highly recommend Cobb Law Group.
