I am so blessed that I met Mr. Young when I did. After my first horrible experience with another firm, Mr. Young and his amazing team made my husband and I feel comfortable, at peace for the first time in a long time, and cared for. Truly my highest recommendation. Thank you all so much for how you have helped my family. God bless you.

I would NEVER recommend Mark to anyone. When we went in to evaluate our case, Mark quoted us to file a personal and business bankruptcy $4200. Later I called other attorneys and found out that normally this service would be around $1200. On our next appointment we were notified that he’d only be filing personal. When I asked him why, several times, he never gave me a straight answer. Anytime I asked him a question he never answered the question. The staff was extremely rude every time we arrived. They also were very disorganized. When we went to court he was late. He told us he’d do all the talking, and if asked questions, to keep my answers brief. That was not the case, and we were expected to answer detailed questions. The court asked why his fees where so expensive and he lied to the court saying he had met with us more then we did and that our case was complex. I had to call the court later to explain our case so they understood our situation, which they said was fairly simple. I could share many situations where this was the worst business interaction I have had. DO NOT HIRE MARK!

Be aware i paid for a modification of 7,500 dollars to this firm and its over a year now and not been heard. Me an my daughter was during this time separated for 8 MONTHS! !!! then suddenly given a week vacation together. We had been seeing each other regularly before this hire. She now lives outside the county and nothing is being done apparently. Over a years time I've had numerous phone calls and e-mails an simple requests just ignored as my daughter has been in this. There is many judge ordered things that just get ignored on a constant basis aslo to include state laws. To this day the parenting schedule is so vogue that time is set as day by day which means there is no holiday time set beforehand such as Christmas an others its mearly how the days fall. Im now being told more money more money. My daughter loves her dad as i do her and i just want to be there for her. God bless are nation an kids

John represented us in our family law case. After playing the "game" well enough to gain our trust, he made decisions for us without our consent or even asking us for it. He missed deadlines that dramatically affected our case negatively. He did not follow through with what we asked him to do in our case though he said he would. He was inadequate in court hearing by missing the most important points to cover. He charged us expert lawyer fees and in the end we lost our case even though all the evidence was clearly and only in our favor. I could go on and on but this should be enough.

Please be cautious! I was a client of Mr. Meldorf. He is very friendly, personable and likeable. BUT he provided me with very poor representation, missing important deadlines, making costly mistakes, being very passive, forgetting case details, etc. I regret having chosen him.

I hired this attorney in a very important and difficult time in my life. I paid his fees up front as requested. This attorney could not even remember my name. He was difficult to reach and when I did finally get in touch with him he did nothing on my case as promised but charged money for things he claimed he did. He was paid 6 thousand dollars and we went to court one time no mediation or anything. I have no clue what all the fees were for as now that I am having to deal with the aftermath I have realized that the things he claimed he did were not done he refuses to give me an itemized statement. I was told I didn't object the fees at the time so its too late per him and It took months of contacting them to get that answer. My one day in court he stumbled on his words and everything that we discussed preparing for court he did not bring up. He said things that we did not even discuss that were completely off the wall. You only have one shot when it comes to your children. My ex had other criminal charges against him so was told it should be an easy case. I think I could have argued my case and came out better. The judge seemed annoyed that he did not know what he was doing. I came out worse than what was offered by my ex husband in the beginning. This attorney told me I could do better and not to accept what he offered. I ended up causing more damage and spent lots of money as well. As for the office the receptionist is rude. I have continued to have problems with this case. This has turned a terrible time in my life even worse

He has to be the worst lawyer practicing. He represented my daughter and after almost $20,000 cash and a year to go to court, she walked out of the courtroom in worse condition than when she walked in. She was told, and I heard it, that she would walk out with custody of her children; and that didn't happen. She did the leg work and provided evidence; while he collected the money, and didn't use all of the evidence. She ended up with limited visitation and paying child support. The husband was of extremely poor character and couldn't provide for the kids; yet she lost. She had better character and the means to support and educate the children; yet the judge ruled otherwise. Mr. Meldorf chose the judge and venue. We wanted civil court; he chose chancery with a pitiful judge. He gave little counseling and what was given was poor; charged for subpoenas supposedly served yet people didn't show up; questions she was coached on were not asked; pertinent info he had was not used. Basically, everything he suggested she do came back to bite her. His strategy was exactly opposite from what the judge wanted.
